This prioritization exercise includes a survey with 8 distinct statements reflecting barriers and facilitators identified from analysis of interviews on the process of transitioning persons with spinal cord injury from in-patient rehabilitation into the community. The exercise requires interested individuals to provide their input in determining the potential positive impact of each of the statements on successful transitions and the order in which they can be achieved in the short-term (feasibility).
